EDUCATION

In 2013, we undertook the building of a school for over 250 students, from kindergarten through 12th grade. Most of these students would otherwise never have the opportunity to attend school, and reach for a life for themselves and their families that includes fulfillment, productivity and hope.  

The motto for the school is:  

We Come Each Day as a Student; We Leave Each Day as a Teacher.

We have provided salaries for the 8 teachers at the school, who all have excellent teaching credentials. These teachers have worked hard to educate the children, even when it means hardship to themselves.  They are bright and loving and sincerely want to make a difference for the children.

We have made uniforms for the students. It is a sign of pride to wear their bright green and red uniform and they know it marks them as one of the children who is being educated at One Plus One Ahead School.
